Ranks on the ladder
Promotion is earned in the division you serve in, and the callsign says so.

Clinical policies
Written guidelines paramedics are held to, from scope of practice to handover.

Whitelisted roles
Police, ambulance and staff. Everything else in the city is open.
The police divisions are General Duties, Traffic Enforcement Unit, Critical Incident Response Team and Criminal Investigation Division.

Getting in
Whitelisting means everyone you meet has agreed to the same thing. It takes an evening.

Read the role first, then answer in your own words. It is obvious when somebody has not, and it is the only thing that gets an application refused on the spot.
Wait
A person reads it
Applications are read by people, not bots, and most are answered inside two days. If yours is refused you are told why and you can apply again.
Play
Turn up and be someone
You are handed a character, not a rank. What happens after that is between you, the people you meet and the consequences you earn.
The city is open. Come and be someone in it.
